Comics can be serious creation, while they can also be marks of an era, which are highly influential in popular culture. This season of “Hong Kong Stories” features Hong Kong comics and spotlights a number of representative local comic artists, including vigorous masters, creators who have persisted for years and highly acclaimed emerging comic artists. Creation of comics requires an all-out effort. Comic artists set their life on fire to record their feelings and thoughts and the evolution of Hong Kong in the stories with their pens, and they also illustrate the future of Hong Kong in their eyes.
