The programme reviews the financial issues that happened in Hong Kong in 2009 including: American and china announced some package to revive the economy; HK Monetery Authority and banks proposed a payout of $6.3 billion; Unemployment raised in the first half year; H1N1 flu outbreak; HK's gross domestic product plunged; HKMA's Chief Executive Joseph Yam retired and was replaced by Norman Chan; stock marketkept raising high; PCCW privatisation; Dubai crisis; the property market had a sluggish star but rebounded finally; and China took a moreprominent role in the World Stage.
