"In the most recent decades, graffiti has evolved from notorious vandalism to a recognized street style or even apopular artistic genre. "Life on the Wall" follows graffiti artists around the globe to explore this evolution and how it alters graffiti culture. This series are divided into five episodes and featuring cities with notable role in graffiti culture, such as New York, Berlin,London and Bristol. The first episode gives a brief history of hip hop graffiti. Second episode deals with thelegality and controversy of graffiti. The third episode explores the commercial value of graffiti and its impact on the art form. The forth and fifth episodes are featuring China, Taiwan, Hong Kong's street artists, who take risk of being arrested and use city as their canvas for pursuing creativity and freedom of expression.
